Refund Policy

All fabric is cut to order from the roll, so all sales of cut fabric are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on cut fabric.

Please order carefully

• Double check your yardage before you check out. Fabric cut to your order can't be put back on the roll.
• Colours look different on every screen. If colour matters, order a 9x9" swatch first.
• Swatches are final sale too.
• If you need more than one piece of the same fabric, order it all at once. Fabric from different orders can come from different dye lots, so we can't guarantee a match.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong fabric, email us at info@thefabricshoppe.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the fabric and the packaging, and we'll make it right.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as you can. We can only cancel an order before it has shipped.
